Payment at time of booking:
A deposit 10% of the booking is required.
Payments by cash, BACS, and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Bed and Breakfast prices per person from £45 to £50 per night.
Children aged 5 or over are welcome.
No smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed in the garden.
No pets (as we have allergies)

Cancellation policy:
If a booking is cancelled less than 1 day before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Check in / out
Please note our normal check in period is from 3.00pm to 7.00pm.
Anyone wishing to check in outwith these times or drop off luggage can do so by prior arrangement.
Check out by 10am.
Parking
On street parking is limited, however the car park across the road is available and free of charge between 6pm and 8am. (£2 charge for up to 3 hours applies outwith these times)
